Join Our Team as an INSPIRE Program Coordinator at LCFS!

Are you passionate about youth development and building brighter futures for families? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with meaningful impact? LCFS is looking for a driven, dedicated leader to coordinate our Inspiring Indianapolis Youth (INSPIRE) Program using the powerful 2Gen model.

As the INSPIRE Program Coordinator, you will lead the way in managing program logistics, supervising Site Leads, and strengthening partnerships that help families thrive across generations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the INSPIRE Program: Oversee day-to-day implementation of youth programs that support education, career exploration, enrichment, and mental health education.
  • Oversee the Modern Apprenticeship Program (MAP): Supervise Site Leads responsible for guiding youth apprentices. Coordinate all program logistics including onboarding, scheduling, and placement. Track progress through Site Leads and ensure alignment with EmployIndy expectations.
  • Support and Supervise Staff: Manage and mentor INSPIRE program staff, including Site Leads and other youth program personnel, to ensure quality service delivery and compliance.
  • Develop Engaging Curricula: Create or adapt curriculum on key topics including educational development, enrichment, and life skills.
  • Support and Track Client Success: Maintain a client caseload, complete service plans, and ensure all client outcome data is reported on time and accurately.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Build relationships with collaborative partners, attend community meetings, and explore new program opportunities.
  • Manage Volunteers and Interns: Work with our Volunteer Coordination staff to support programming and expand impact.

What You Bring to the Table:

  •  Proven experience in youth development, education, or family services 
  • Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and collaboration 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data reporting 
  • Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply 
  • Experience in early childhood education or program supervision is a plus

What You Need to Apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years experience OR 5+ years in youth development or a related field
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid Indiana Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check and maintain a drug-free workplace
