Hours: W, Th, Fri, Sat 2pm-12:30 am (4 10-hour days, off 3 days.) OR  Part-time:16 HR Shift on Sat

Offer Details:

• Starting Pay: $22/hour

• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs routine daily checks of the campus

2. Assists with planning and documentation of a preventive maintenance

schedule that includes all aspects of the maintenance department

3. Diagnoses and repairs/replaces equipment as needed

4. Aids in the training (cross-training) of equipment

5. Assists the housekeeper as needed to ensure a clean and safe environment

for staff and residents

6. Assists with major repairs as needed

7. Will cover on-call responsibilities for the up at night and weekends as needed

8. Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Skilled in electric systems/equipment, mechanical systems, and plumbing

• The ability to make decisions and repairs within pre-set guidelines

• Must be able to work with little supervision

• Able to maintain a preventive maintenance log

Qualifications:

• Age 21 or older

• Preferred High School diploma or GED

• At least two years demonstrated commercial experience

Working Environment:

• Able to work hours needed to accomplish assigned tasks, including

evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Mandatory On Call (One Week out of the month)

• Schedule: W, Th, Fri, Sat 2 pm-12:30 am (4 10-hour days, off 3 days.) OR 16 HR Shift on Sat

Drug screen, TB test, and extensive background checks (including Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Education Verification, and Professional References) are required of all LCFS employees
