Lutheran Child and Family Services is on a mission to provide comprehensive mental health services. As a Home-Based Therapist, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, offering therapy, crisis intervention, and support to those in need. Primary Functions:

  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: Your dedication to our clients' well-being is paramount.
  • Bio-Psychosocial Assessments: Conduct assessments in various settings to tailor treatment plans.
  • Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop plans to enhance functioning and well-being.
  • Effective Mental Health Interventions: Provide therapy in homes and communities.
  • Collaboration: Work with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic treatment.
  • Community Linkage: Connect clients to resources and services for ongoing support.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning and education.
  • Transportation Assistance: Provide transportation as needed for client visits.
  • Psychological First Aid: Offer support in critical incidents.

Requirements for Consideration:

  • Master’s Degree: in social work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
  • Certifications/Licensures: Current Indiana Driver's License, Open to: LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMHCA,
  • Background Clearance: Clean record with no felony convictions or offenses involving a dependent population.
  • Health and Safety: Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and physical.
